We can provide all the equipment you need to run a successful and professional conference including laptop computers, overhead projectors, 35mm slide projectors and TV/Video/DVD combinations.
The majority of our meeting rooms are equipped with permanent wall-mounted large projector screens and flip charts. We also have additional mobile units available as necessary.
We have a wide range of conference equipment for hire within Venue Cymru. However if you have a specific requirement please call the Conference and Events team who will endeavour to accommodate your needs.
Also available is a Public Address System with an optional induction loop for the hard of hearing. We provide full AV and IT support with all equipment hired.
Venue Cymru has a purpose built conference backing, clothed in dove grey which can be personalised by the addition of corporate signage. The set can be erected in a number of different configurations to suit the desired stage layout and has an aperture for mounting a projection screen. In addition to the main set, the venue can produce tribunal desking for your top table and custom build lecterns in colours and styles to match the organisation's image.
Alternatively, should you wish to commission something specific for your conference, we would be happy to manage this process for you, getting quotes and designs to suit your budget.
